We (PALAIS PROJECT) have made every effort to ensure that the information and content of this store is accurate and up to date. We cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or changes in price. All products are subject to availability. All images on the store are for illustration purposes and are intended to give a general guide of how the product may look. The actual product may differ slightly to that in the illustration. All products are usually delivered in rolls or pallets, unless stated otherwise. Standard delivery time is 3-7 Working days. and the goods returned to the carrier’s local depot to await your contact. We will endeavour to contact you to arrange a suitable day for the delivery if your chosen day is not available, and may also contact you to confirm your chosen date and time if selected in our checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We have three methods in which you can place your order: Telephone via the number listed onsite, Mail, and Internet. All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from Us. 

On placing an order, you warrant to us that you are a Consumer.

 1 –  The Goods displayed and information about Goods and prices on our Web Site are an invitation to you to offer to buy.

2 –  An order is placed when you have completed and submitted an Enquiry Form and subsequently agreed to the Quotation provided to you by Love Carpet.

3 – .We shall acknowledge receipt of your order with either an e-mail or a telephone confirmation.

4 –  The order shall be accepted by us when you receive our e-mail or telephone acknowledgement. The date and time of the order shall be the date and time at which you first have access to the confirmation message.

 5-  If you receive confirmation of an order that you did not place, or if the details in the confirmation do not match the order which you placed or intended to place, or you have reason to query or cancel the order for whatever reason, you must contact our customer services team within 12 hours by telephone or e-mail to cancel the order or correct the details.

Online payments may be made by PayPal, debit or credit card. Payment using a debit or credit card is taken at the time you place your order and is processed using an independent company’s secure payment processing system. We do not see, or have access to, any of your payment card information

 

 

Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Standard delivery time is to 7 working days. Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping seasons. if the shipping will take more than 7 days, we will inform you via Email or phone.

Please check that the goods you receive are the ones you ordered, the correct color and size, and that they are examined for apparent faults or damage at the time of delivery and before installation/assembly. If on inspection you have any doubts please contact us immediately.

 

Refund Policy

Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refundA Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requestedThe serial number of the Pencil must be verified PALAIS PROJECT will pay for any shipping involved (with exceptions)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
